Returns Policy

In addition to your Statutory Rights, & Manufacturer’s Warranties, If you order incorrectly we will happily exchange your purchase
or issue a store credit based on the following conditions:
1. The item and the original receipt are returned within 14 days of purchase to the store of purchase
2. The item must be in original condition, not worn or washed, as purchased, with all labels/tickets still attached. Boots will need to be as new in box
We do not offer a refund for change of mind.
3.Items specifically/specially ordered in for customers are not accepted for returns & refunds.
4.Garments that are embroidered can not be returned. (sizing charts are provided)

These will be freighted back to us at your cost

If you expriance a munifating fault and need to make a warranty claim please email b2bcairns@bundarapark.com.au, we will contact you shortly after. ( we do not offer support on weekends & public holidays )
